If you love picking out what veggies you take home each week, we offer a market-style option.
How it works:
- members come to the farm (or market) and hand-pick all their veggies from our display area
- we set up a "menu board" to help guide you
- members take what they want and leave what they don't!
Our market-style CSA is unique because you pick the food that you take home each week. We also offer fresh, pastured, organic eggs and seasonal flowers for sale at each pick up along with pork (Dorothy's Range), lamb (Running Chicken Farm), beef (A.P. Whaley Farm), and chicken products (Squashington).
We also offer a fruit share add-on with our neighbor farm, Atoms to Apples.
On top of that, all of our CSA members will receive 10% off all purchases made from our tent at the Mount Horeb Farmer's Market (Thursdays, May - October from 3:00pm - 6:30pm)!
We also sell market "punch cards", where you can buy $100 worth of produce at any time during the year for use at any of our farmer's markets (outdoor and indoor markets). These make excellent gifts for yourself or loved ones! Details are posted on the Market Punch Card page.

Squashington Farm is 100 % committed to growing healthy food for our community all season.
We are 100 % committed to the health and safety of our community.
A lot has changed since 2020, but our farm will be here for 2023.
We want to let everyone know that we understand that many of us will feel an economic hardship as a result of this global crisis. We believe that financial stress should not be a barrier to accessing healthy food.
We are offering our CSA Shares as 0 % interest loans. This means members can take the full year of 2023 to pay for their shares. We do not want anyone to feel like they just can't afford our food anymore. We will make this work. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our farm and your food, please let us know! We will also be holding a fundraiser in Spring to subsidize 20 full shares to local food pantries as well as a goal of 10 shares we can hand out direct-to-members. Stay tuned!
We are also staying connected to our fellow farmers to make sure we are up-to-date with information, up-to-snuff with food safety standards, and in-the-know about new regulations in regards to Covid-19.
This summer may be quite different from the past, but one thing you can count on is our farm growing food for you.
