Squashington Farm is 100 % committed to growing healthy food for our community all season.
We are 100 % committed to the health and safety of our community.
A lot has changed, but our farm will be here for 2022.
We want to let everyone know that we understand that many of us will feel an economic hardship as a result of this global crisis. We believe that financial stress should not be a barrier to accessing healthy food.
We are offering our CSA Shares as 0 % interest loans. This means members can take the full year of 2022 to pay for their shares. We do not want anyone to feel like they just can't afford our food anymore. We will make this work. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our farm and your food, please let us know!
We will also be fundraising for 20 Full Shares to be donated to our local food pantries and hoping for 10 Full Shares that we can give directly to members who may need a subsidized share, please email us with any questions.
We are also staying connected to our fellow farmers to make sure we are up-to-date with information, up-to-snuff with food safety standards, and in-the-know about new regulations in regards to Covid-19.
This summer may be quite different from the past, but one thing you can count on is our farm growing food for you.
*We will be having our annual Plant Sale for 2022. Please check back around May to see what we have to offer. You can also stay in the loop and get first dibbs by following us on Facebook and Instagram
